    How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    Please allow 2-4 days to process and pack your order.

    Once shipped, domestic India orders should arrive in 2-8 days depending on the shipping method chosen by you. International shipping can vary greatly depending on location. If delivery time is a concern for you please contact us ahead of time.

     

    PAYMENT

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We accept payment through all debit and credit cards, net banking, Paytm and Cash on Delivery is available for Indian customers. International customers can pay through Paypal or any international debit or credit card. You do NOT need a paypal account to use this checkout option. During the Paypal checkout process you can pay with a credit/debit card or pay with your Paypal Account.

     

    ORDERS & RETURNS

    How do I place an Order?

    You can add items to your cart by clicking “add to cart” on the product page. You can view your cart by clicking the small cart icon on the top right of the page.

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, but creating an account will make future orders fast and easy.

    How Can I Return a Product?

    Returns are accepted within 3 weeks from the date of delivery. Items must be in a good unused condition. Please contact us if you would like to initiate a hassle-free return for a full refund.

    Incase on International Returns, the return charge will be borne by the customer, you can courier back the product to Crea Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., A-744, Second Floor, Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin code 122002, India. Please contact us if you would like to initiate a hassle-free return for a full refund.
